The kids love listening to their CD and they were going to be in town so we didn't want to miss the opportunity to take them all
They all had such a wonderful time.
Even two year old Oliver was clapping along and raising his hands in praise!! I love it!!
Lily said "I can't believe they are real people!"
Lily and Mercy both said "can they be our babysitters?"
They were so sweet to come out front and sign autographs and take pictures with all the kids.
It was worth the wait. Look how enamored Sawyer is, he can't believe he is so close to a "celebrity"/"star"
Mercy colored pictures for each of them and wrote their names on it. They couldn't believe that she would do such a sweet thing. He had tears in his eyes.

I'm so excited to share another video with you all
I have been making boxes for many years so I am confident in creating a box when needed.
I had decided to gift my team with engraved bone folders for their Christmas gift. This is the one that a guy from church engraved for me a year ago so you can see that it is a little smudged and the Stampin' Up! logo has rubbed off, but the engraving will last forever!!
The next step was to decide how to package them.
When I was at the store I came across these giant Butterfinger candy bars and thought how yummy to gift them one of these candy bars and slip the Bone Folder (item #102300) on top.
I will say that it was a big hit!!

This is a box completed. Oh how I wish I would have taken a photo of all of the boxes. I used the CELEBRATE EVERYTHING Designer Paper for this wrap, and the SANTA EXPRESS Designer Paper for the other two.
I will make a side note that if your designer paper has a definite direction to the pattern, you need to pay attention to which way that you want it to go.
I only made boxes for those who attended the Christmas Party/Team Meeting in December, the rest I tucked inside a card to hand to them. (so if you are on my team and have not received your gift yet, this is a spoiler alert)
This is the measurements for the longer box:
Cut your card stock 12" x 5-1/2" - I used Basic White 12x12 card stock (item #159231)
Score at 7/8" and 2" on all 4 sides
Cut up on the solid lines and score on the dotted lines, cutting away the three squares on each corner.
Just on a side note you can buy 12x12 card stock in all of our colors. The Basic White and Very Vanilla come in a 12 pack and the color families come in a 20 count pack and you get 2 sheets each of 10 colors. Right now, in the July-December mini catalog you can purchase a 12 pack of Basic Black (item #124267). If you are a scrapbooker like me, it is nice to keep these 12x12 packs on hand.
Now if your candy bar is not as large you can always adjust the length of your box. This share-size snicker bar is smaller than the Butterfinger candy bar so I cut the length of the box at 10-1/4" but all of your other measurements are the same.
I didn't get real fancy, but I did create a matching tag for each box and added their name to it so that everyone got the correct Bone Folder.
For the Wrap:
Cut your designer paper 8-1/8" x 6-1/2"
Score at 1-1/4", 2-3/8", 3-7/8" & 5-1/16" (with the 6-1/2" at the top of your score tool or your trimmer with the scoring tool attached)
For the shorter box I cut the length down to 6-1/4" (x 6-1/2")

What was the first thing that you thought of when you saw the new stamp set: WAY TO GOAT?
I immediately thought about the Sound of Music with the goat marionette show.
As I was making this card:
I ended up with this negative cut-out, and sure enough I had my frame-work ready.
All I had to do was emboss it with the BRICK & MORTAR Embossing Folder and sponge on a little Crumb Cake ink.
So FUN! So CUTE! I thought about putting some marionette strings on them but then decided against them. I thought the cute goats kind of stood on their own!

The Lovely Labels Pick a Punch is a great value for such variety of sizes and shapes all in one punch!
You can purchase this fabulous punch as a bundle with the LOVELY YOU stamp set. Just look at all these fabulous word phrases. I just love the font!
I made this card based on Lyssa Z's card on Pinterest.
What I changed up:
I added layer! Of course I did!! I struggle with Clean & Simple Cards so wanted to add more dimension.
I also changed up the color scheme so that I could use all of the new In-Colors.
One more change: I used the Subtle Embossing folder on the card base which helped to make it pop a bit more. (I used the confetti stamp from SO SENTIMENTAL)
Inside the card I used the LOVELY YOU PICK A PUNCH to let my sentiment stand out. I used Versa Mark Ink with White Embossing Powder onto Misty Moonlight Card Stock.
Inside Dimensions are: Misty Moonlight 5-1/8" x 3-7/8"
Whisper White 5" x 3-3/4"
Misty Moonlight tag is 1" wide.
Front Dimensions: Thick Whisper White card base 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored at 4-1/4 & embossed with the Subtle Embossing Folder
Whisper White (regular) 5-1/8" x 3-7/8" & 5" x 3-3/4"
Whisper White tag 1-3/4" x 2-5/8" and I used a ticket tag punch for the corners. I'm pretty sure there is a die out there for this but I must not own it so had to figure it out my own way.
I made these cards for our kids who came to help assemble some steps off from our deck, plus I believe I might use it for my In-Color Club as well.
Lucy & Katy will be so glad when they can go outside & into the back yard whenever they want. However there is a gate so we can monitor their access as well.

Next step: landscaping with some river rock. No flowers because it would just a magnet for Lucy & Katy to dig and get dirty.
