Still working on using up my designer paper before it is retired 

I love this daisy paper from Splendid Autumn and I think that I have been hoarding it, but now I need to use it up. You may remember this other card using the same paper that I shared with you a couple days ago.

Pretty gorgeous, right??!!

Today's card I used a retired stamp set called TRUST GOD (there are just some stamp sets that I cannot get rid of). I stamped it using Copper Clay Ink onto Basic Beige card stock and die cut it out with a MIXED LABELS die.

The leaves were die cut from the SWEET WORDS & LABELS Dies that will be available on May 5th. I cut them with Darling Duckling card stock and sponged on some Pumpkin Pie ink, then added a double Linen Thread bow.

The base is Basic Beige cut 4-1/4" x 11" scored at 5-1/2", layer a 4" x 5-1/4" Copper Clay that has been embossed with a leafy embossing folder (retired) and a 3" x 5-1/4" Designer Paper.

Splendid Autumn

The SPLENDID AUTUMN 6x6 DSP makes making cards super easy.

I'm so glad that they carried this paper over to the new annual catalog. However, the coordinating color of Wild Wheat is retired from the In Color line up.

This card was inspired by Mena Green

My Tuesday Stampers are going to love this card - quick and easy!!
 Card Details:

• Wild Wheat Cardstock card base: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", folded in half, cut off 1"
• Splendid Autumn DSP: 5 1/4" x 3"
• What I changed up is the "Happy Birthday" sentiment. I used CHARMING DAY Stamp Set and was  stamped in Early Espresso Ink on White Cardstock.  Trimmed and layered with Wild Wheat Card stock
• I dug through my retired embellishments to find some Wild Wheat gems or dots, so my stampers will have a variety to choose from.

Splendid Autumn

Another easy card using the SPLENDID AUTUMN 6x6 Paper Pack

The Designer Paper is cut 3x3 with a Crushed Curry border of 3-1/4" x 3-1/4"

The band is 1-1/2" wide x 5-1/4" and is the backside of the floral print.

this card was inspired by Tracy - what I changed up was the sentiment. I think Tracy used a different different/lighter shade for the band, but I was all out of the crushed curry and thought that the Wild Wheat worked just fine.

My Tuesday stampers will be making this card at an upcoming class - I know that they will just love it

Splendid Autumn Fun Fold

Today's card features the SPLENDID AUTUMN 6x6 Designer Paper

Stampin' Up!  has done such a fabulous job of giving us these scenery designer papers.

This is a fun fold that I have done before which was originally inspired by Patty Bennett

Here are your measurements:

BASE:  8-1/2" x 5-1/2" scored at 2-1/8" & 4-1/4"

CARD STOCK MAT: 4" x 5-1/4"

DESIGNER PAPER: 3-3/4" x 5" 

                                   1-1/2" x 5-1/4"

BASIC WHITE: 4" x 5-1/4"

STAMP SET: Hope You Know for the front sentiment, but for the inside I had to rely on a non-Stampin' Up! stamp as we are using this card for a Faith Based Card Class.
