We have a new bike shop in Hudsonville!  Am I an avid biker?  Not quite, but I am super happy for our friends who were able to open this new shop so I gave them this card as a congratulations

Surprisingly this turned out to be a small business venture for me because they asked if I would make up some cards to hand out to some of their clients...YOU BET!

 Add a little Thank You note (inspired by Nelia Harper) of my own and they are ready to go.  Thanks Rich and Tammi! and CONGRATULATIONS on your new business.

Split Negative Technique

This technique is called Split Negative. Thanks to Dawn Griffith's great tutorial HERE.
I have seen this technique done with other stamps but I really liked the motorcycle stamp best even though it is retired. The ladies always appreciate a guy themed card.






When you make the card you end up with enough stamped images to make two cards, just in reverse order.

MENU:
SS: Motorcycle, Pedaling Past
CS: WW, Basic Black
INK: Black Craft or Versa Mark, Basic Black (classic)
Accessories: Embossing powder: Black or Clear depending on which ink you choose to use.
