Weekly Challenge

Last week's challenge for my team was to make a 3D project - something that they might sell at a craft sale or make as a gift for a friend or family member.
I showed them the note holder that I made
Janell was first to send in her item(s)
She made a couple "Rolling Boxes" that she cased from JanB
She also made this darling little box that fits a cookie or 4 Hershey Chocolate Nuggets
She also made a cute card to coordinate
Lynda made a cute purse using the All Dressed Up Dies. Love the colors!
Vicki made a cute candy treat holder. I'm liking all the candy!

 Carla made a pretty box using the Poppy Designer Paper. A cute little treat box for sure
 But she also made these fun treats for her grandson's birthday party
Barb used the Lots to Love Box Framelits Dies & some of our new plaid Designer paper that is coming out in the Aug-Dec Catalog. I just love the Seaside Spray card stock color. Enjoy it NOW because it will be gone when the new Annual Catalog comes out in May 2021. Yes, you heard me right. The Annual Catalog has a new launch date for May instead of June.  Just giving you a heads up.
Inez made some cute calendar cards

Susan made this file folder card with a easel style post it note holder, 
and some cute gift card holders, 
and I can tell you by experience that gift card holders sell very well at a craft sale.
Debbie made this darling gum treat holder and made the Zany Zebra just like the Fruit Stripe Gum Zebra.
So Cute!
Rachel said that she went with the "good 'ol Sour Cream packet style treat holder"
She used the Today's Tiles Stamp Set to create the designer paper
Anna made a gift box using a card front, and the Cute Fruit Stamp Set. Her colors are Melon Mambo and Garden Green
The last one to come in is from Chris who made this cute Tulip arrangement for her Mom
I decided to try the rolling box that Janell made, so here is my version, but I feel it needs to be dolled up somehow.
I used retired card stock (Lovely Lipstick) and retired Designer Paper. (these boxes take nearly 2 full 12x12 sheets)

What a fun stamp for Valentines Day, but I actually sold a bunch of these at the fall craft sales

The puzzle pieces from the LOVE YOU TO PIECES Stamp Set were stamped with Versa Mark ink and heat embossed with White Embossing Powder onto Pumpkin Pie and Pretty Peacock Card Stock, then cut out with the Puzzle Pieces Dies

Farmhouse Christmas Treats & a Fundraiser Update!

During the month of November we have been holding a fundraiser for our grandson, Sawyer who was born with a 1 in a 1,000,000 condition called Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP). Click HERE to see his introduction video.

This Christmas Treat was made for this years Craft Sales
Our final Craft Sale is coming up on Saturday, November 23rd at the Hudsonville High School, 5037 32nd Ave. From 9 am to 2 pm - Please note the earlier stop time from the past craft sales that we have participated in.
The wrapper is wrapped around an XL Hershey Peanuts & Pretzels Candy Bar, which is one of my FAVORITES - so yummy!

New Craft Sale Items and a Fundraiser Update!

Today, Dale and I are at the Fremont Middle School for a craft sale. This is probably the biggest sale we are involved in. We hope you will stop by to see us. We are located in the gymnasium.

I've added s few new items (since I sold so well at the Georgetown Bible Church Craft Sale)

This sweet M&M treat jar features one of my favorite poems
M&M Christmas Poem
As you hold these candies in your hand
And turn them, you will see
The ‘M’ becomes a ‘W’,
An ‘E’, and then a ‘3’.

They tell the Christmas story~
I’m sure it’s one you know.
It took place in a stable
A long, long time ago.

Craft Sale!!

CRAFT SALE DAY TOMORROW!!

I will be spending my morning getting all things organized and packed up.

I hope you will join us

My hubby, Dale, will be there as well selling his wonderful soaps, lotions, candles and so much more. 

Between his booth (that is right next to mine) and my booth (that I am sharing with my friend, Carla, there is something for everyone.

Time to start thinking Holiday table settings, teacher gifts, stocking stuffers!  Our hand stamped cards will also be there.

Harvest Hellos Sucker Treats

It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown!!
These little pumpkin themed suckers are so adorable and would be so fun to add to your Thanksgiving table place settings.
