I was asked to make some motorcycle cards for a customer. She loved the ones that I made and sold at the store and wanted more. Well, I didn't have anymore of the paper left so I reached out to a friend that had purchased the LEGENDARY RIDE BUNDLE and she let me borrow it! I just love the community of friends I have met through creating cards.
These are the cards that I made for her. I used inspiration from Pinterest to base them on, and changed each one up to suit my needs.
Motorcycle colors Basic Black, Brushed Silver. "Birthday Wishes" came from the retired Clubhouse stamp set.
Designer Paper is from the free paper pack that we earned for free during SAB this past January/February. Hearts from the retired Meant To Be. Motorcycle colors: Black, red, silver
Brick & Mortar Embossing Folder, Time to Celebrate Kit stamp. Motorcycle is cut from black, red and silver
Metal Plate Embossing Folder. The motorcycle is cut from black, silver and some sparkly white. The stamp set is BIGGEST WISH
For this last card I used a page from an Atlas that I purchased at a dollar store for my map piece. I had to pull out my retired Square Collection Dies for the window and I really dug deep in my retired stash to use some Brushed Silver for the window and all the silver pieces on the motorcycle. The Designer Paper is from the SAB free paper that we earned this past January/February, and the Metal Plate Embossing folder. Colors: Pumpkin Pie and Basic Gray.

You can view my previous post of PLAYING IN THE RAIN HERE
This first card was inspired by Mary Brown, I changed up the sentiment and used a past Paper Pumpkin stamp. Don't forget to utilize these great stamps as you accumulate them.
Just a heads up that the designer papers IS on the LAST CHANCE LIST, and they typically go pretty fast. Some will have a discount so those especially will go fast. Check out the LAST CHANCE LIST links below.
The LOOSE DAISIES are so sweet and add just the perfect touch. The panels are 1", 2" and 1"
I absolutely love this next card that was inspired by Tina Wardell
The little butterfly comes from EASTER BUNNY, and the "sending"
comes from EDEN'S GARDEN, you just need to mask off the word "hugs" when stamping.
The ALPHABET ALA MODE DIES are one of my favorite! the letters are stacked 3 high and colored with the Tahitian Tide Stampin' Blends, dark on the top and light on the bottom.
I can't wait to use this baby shower card for a special baby shower in May
inspired by Karen Titus on Pinterest.
No instructions, I had to come up with the dimensions on my own
so not sure if I did it justice or not.
I thought the corner was a little empty so I added one of the flower pieces
that I fussy cut out from the designer paper.
For the front "hello" I used CONVERSATION BUBBLES,
and for the inside I used the FRAMED OCCASIONS again
Both Conversation Bubbles and Framed Occasions are on the LAST CHANCE LIST
Inspired by one I saw on Pinterest - no blog link, and I know that St Patrick's Day is over, but I just couldn't resist such a cute card. I will save these for next year.
Which one do you like best?
The one with the stripes or the one with the polka dots?
The sentiment comes from SIMPLY FABULOUS (on the last chance list)
I used the Brights 6x6 paper stack and the vertical rainbow is cut from
SUNSHINE & RAINBOWS (retired)
a previous SAB designer paper and the STITCHED RECTANGLES DIES
I love the "BONUS" dies the come with the PLAYING IN THE RAIN,
like the bridge and the grasses
Here I go again making a holiday card for a holiday that has passed,
but I will hold on to this one for next year. Inspired by Cindy B
DANDY DESIGNS Designer Paper from SAB, Scalloped Edge from
HAND PENNED (on the last chance list)
heart punch (retired, just use whatever heart punch or die you have on hand)
Sentiment from MEANT TO BE (retired)
The stump is three layers thick with Crumb Cake, sponged with Soft Suede
(Soft Suede color is on the last chance list)
Petal Pink Soft Polyester Ribbon (on the last chance list)
What does the fox say?
original designer: Heather Klump (no blog)
Again I used the DANDY DESIGNS Designer Paper that was free during SAB
Other product: TAILOR MADE TAGS DIES,
POOL PARTY SHEER RIBBON- (on the last chance list), WHITE TWINE, GEMS
Inspired by Chris Lang (no blog) I get a lot of inspiration from Pinterest.
This next card was inspired by one I saw on Pinterest. (no name, no blog)
I also used the RAINDROPS 3D Embossing folder and the DOUBLE OVAL PUNCH
I stamped and cut out the umbrella on Balmy Blue cardstock - the one that is attached to the fox stamp in the PLAYING IN THE RAIN stamp set, and cut it out, then I used the light Balmy Blue Stampin' Blend to make it darker. For the handle I just created one with my Sharpie Marker and hand cut it out.
One last card with PLAYING IN THE RAIN - for now, because it is carried over to the Annual Catalog
I saw a card like this on Pinterest by Karen at Stampinghabit.com, but she has no link to her exact card.
I changed it up by using the DECKLED RECTANGLES DIES, Hand creating the odd shaped hearts and printing the sentiment on my computer. I added a bunch of rhinestones (the original had some sort of bright gem). I had enough designer paper left to make 2 of these cards, and I can't wait to send them out next year

Continuing my week long blog featuring the Art Gallery Bundle (#156227) and the Fine Art Designer Paper (#154558)
This first card was one of the first ones that I made inspired by Heather Geurrero
I made several using a variety of the prints in the Designer Paper. It only takes a 3/4" x 5-1/4" strip so this is a perfect layout for using up your scraps.
The Painted Texture Embossing Folder (#154317) matches with the Fine Art Designer Paper so I used it plenty on many of the cards that I made.
I know that Valentines day has passed, but I loved this one so cut enough for a Tuesday class next year. (Nothing like being uber prepared). It features the Be Mine Stitched Dies (#151814). It was inspired by the Closet Stamper.
With the leftover 1-1/4" strips of Designer Paper I made a few of these cards inspired by Nellie
The flowers were stamped with Flirty Flamingo, stamping off the first layer and full strength on the top layer. This is what i used for the center since I wanted the center to be smaller than the stamp provided. Using my Night of Navy Stampin' Write Marker, I inked up the smallest flower on this stamp, and since it is a photopolymer stamp (totally see-through) it was easy to line up. I used the Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon (#144213) for this card along with the Painted Texture Embossing Folder.
Card #4 was made for a new team member. Putting down a layer of vellum over the bright Designer Paper helps to tone it down a bit. The center circular die is from the Painted Labels Dies (#151605). The 'Welcome" comes from a Demonstrator exclusive stamp set
This next card uses the same So Saffron Designer Paper Pattern. It was inspired by Lynn Dunn
What I changed up: My center piece of card stock is Basic Black but Lynn used Mossy Meadow. Not much of a change, but I liked the contrast.
Here are the links to shop with me or to join my Stampin' Up! team - we would love to have you join us!!
