Happy Birthday, Leo! & Bailey!

Today is Leo, our grand-dogs, birthday and he is 2 years old!

Leo is the daddy to Lucy's first litter of pups last year.
Such a nice little guy!
I just had to make him a birthday card to celebrate!

I made one for little Bailey too since his birthday is next month.

Peek-a-boo To Someone New!

This is one of the cards that the ladies made last week at the Tuesday Come Stamp With Me Class.

I just want to say a BIG Thank you to all the ladies who so faithfully come on Tuesdays to spend time with me and to make some cards.  This is truly one of my favorite days of the week!!  I never know who or how many will come each week, it's always a pleasant surprise! On Tuesday's I use current and retired stamps as well as current and retired elements like designer paper, ribbons, embellishments, etc. 

On this card I used the retired stamp set EASTER LAMB along with some retired Designer Paper, and the current stamp set, SUITE SAYINGS.  This past Tuesday EVERY CARD went plus 2 of the samples!!  It is so exciting to see everyone get so excited about the cards they can make.

Graduation Box Card

During our Card Club meeting in May we made this fun BOX CARD.  This card is so much fun to make, and easy too.  Just lay your gift card inside and you are all set.

It even fits right into a standard A2 envelope

Color chosen are Real Red, Basic Black and Whisper White using the EVERYDAY CHIC DESIGNER SERIES PAPER

Sentimental Sunday

A couple weeks ago we had our "Sister Weekend", and although we stayed close to home, we still got a motel and enjoyed our time together.  At 87 years old our Mom is no longer able to join us on these fun times away.

We commissioned a friend of ours from church to take our pictures and she did an amazing job.

I am so thankful for family!  A family that loves the Lord and exemplifies it in their lives every day. We never know when we will all be together again so we cherish this time and so thankful we could get it on film.
As a thank you for her amazing photography work, I made her this card and box of treats.

 I used some retired Designer Paper called FLASHBACK and the single stamp called SNAPSHOT.

This treat box is called a PIZZA BOX, and the pretty little flower is made using the FUN FLOWER Punch and the BLOSSOM BUNCH PUNCH.  The stamp set I used on the box is called SUITE SAYINGS.

Inside the box is a whole bunch of Hershey Chocolate Nuggets, which I wrapped in the same Designer Paper to match.
