We are leaving today on a fun road trip for 2-3 weeks with a final destination of Colorado Springs to attend the wedding of my great-nephew who is in the Air Force. He recently finished up his first 4 years and will head on to the next steps of his military career. What's interesting is that my great-niece (from a different sister) just began her career in the Air Force. Basic Training was hard for her, but she persevered and passed with flying colors. In just 6 weeks the family has seen her growth. We look forward to the time on the road together and then the wedding where we will meet up with family.
