Happy Bootday!!

This fun Western Themed card was inspired by Lorri Heiling and it is one that we are making at the June Stamp A Stack Classes.  I love the Fringe Technique - it is very versatile depending on the colors you choose and the stamp set it has accompanying it. This one features the fun BOOTIFUL OCCASIONS stamp set which carried over to the new catalog!

You may remember this other Fringe Card we made at a Tuesday Class.
