Today I will share with you the St. Patrick's Day cards that I sent to our grandkids. I do not always send St. Patrick's Day cards but I spotted this cute card using a previous Sale-a-bration free set called So Hoppy Together.

This first one was for our oldest grandson, Tyler. OK at nearly 20 years old he probably thinks I'm crazy, but this little froggy is wearing glasses just like Tyler.

This second card I made 3. Gracie and Tyler are too old to share a card so she gets her own. Sawyer, Lily, Mercy & Oliver are happy to share with one another and Liam is an only child. Three families so I thought it would work perfectly - I really loved this card inspired by one I saw on Pinterest (but can't seem to find it now). It has 3 different shades of green. Granny Apple Green, Lucky Limeade, and Garden Green. I purchased some shamrock bling from the local craft store. 

   This next card was made for a little guy - 5 year old, Caden, who is enduring chemo treatments for cancer.  So much for a kid to go through.

The Party Pandas stamp set is another Sale-a-bration free product from a few years ago, and I used the same shamrock bling. I printed the little hat from a clip art program and sized it to my liking. I didn't have a good "Happy St. Patrick's Day" stamp so I also created this on the computer.

Movement Cards by Janell

I have more cards to share that were made by Janell at our team meeting last week

Weekly Challenge

Last week's challenge for my team was to make a 3D project - something that they might sell at a craft sale or make as a gift for a friend or family member.
I showed them the note holder that I made

Janell was first to send in her item(s)

She made a couple "Rolling Boxes" that she cased from JanB

She also made this darling little box that fits a cookie or 4 Hershey Chocolate Nuggets

She also made a cute card to coordinate

Lynda made a cute purse using the All Dressed Up Dies. Love the colors!

Vicki made a cute candy treat holder. I'm liking all the candy!

She used the Today's Tiles Stamp Set to create the designer paper

Anna made a gift box using a card front, and the Cute Fruit Stamp Set. Her colors are Melon Mambo and Garden Green
The last one to come in is from Chris who made this cute Tulip arrangement for her Mom

I decided to try the rolling box that Janell made, so here is my version, but I feel it needs to be dolled up somehow.
I used retired card stock (Lovely Lipstick) and retired Designer Paper. (these boxes take nearly 2 full 12x12 sheets)

Weekly Challenge

Our Weekly Challenge for last week was to take this challenge from our Stampin' Up! DDM, Shannon West.

Shannon attended our June meeting via ZOOM and shared this sample card and a video.
I encouraged them to make a card using her directions, but to change it up using a different stamp set, etc.
This is the card that I made and showed them to spur them on

I used the BEAUTIFUL MOMENTS Stamp Set, and the colors: Seaside Spray. Light Flirty Flamingo & Dark Petal Pink Stampin' Blends for her dress. Dark Granny Apple Green for the grasses & Seaside Spray for the flowers. Her skin is Light Petal Pink. This image reminds me of our grand daughter, Gracie so had to give her some blonde hair with the dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blend.

Janell made these first 2 cards only changing up the color of the ribbon. She used TIMELESS TULIPS Stamp Set in Purple Posy and Rococo Rose.

 Lynda made this gorgeous card using Tasteful Touches Stamp Set

Karen's card was made using the Daisy Lane Stamp Set. Kind of like Shannons but so much brighter in colors

This is Vickie's Card.Vickie used the Tranquil Tulips stamp set, which is  a 2-step stamping set, and was a SAB set a year or so ago.

Vickie also made a second card - this time she made a fun ocean view 

Barb sent this card, which has a wonderful fall feel to it. she used the new Forever Gold Laser-cut Specialty Paper behind her sentiment from So Sentimental

Anna made this pretty birthday card using the Beautiful Friendship Stamp Set

Susan made this cool masculine card using the BY THE DOCK Stamp Set

Inez made a fun one with the SO HOPPY TOGETHER Stamp Set

This last card is from Chris who used the HIGH TIDE Stamp Set

Rachel had Christmas on the brain for her challenge card. I'm realizing this technique can be made with any stamp set.

I think that all of these cards turned out great! I love to see what everyone comes up with each week.
