Today's card was made using the APPLE HARVEST Stamp Set

And I cased this one from my talented friend, Julie Gilson

I thought that this would be a perfect card for the ladies to make since apple picking season is coming soon. I colored in the images with a watercolor pen, classic ink and watercolor paper with Stazon Ink. However, I am giving the ladies the option to stamp in Memento Black Ink onto Vary Vanilla Card Stock, and color it in using Stampin' Blends. (most are not terribly fond of watercoloring)

The sentiment comes from GO TO GREETINGS

Our guest stampers for today are Carla & Inez

Carla made these cute pencils for her grandkids who are starting school soon.

And this cool card as a special order for a co-worker

And Inez shared these cards

These first two cards are made using fun techniques - the top one is called a double decker pop up card and the bottom card is a version of the 2, 4, 6, 8 card technique

Apple Harvest & Crafting With You are the stamp sets that she used.

These next two card are from the stamp set Fun On Wheels. This stamp set does have coordinating dies to cut out the bicycle (two versions), a scooter and the skate board. It is great for teen cards

Team Make & Takes

Last week was our monthly team meeting.

Janell was so sweet to offer to bring a snack for everyone and then she also made everyone a treat. She used the FOND OF AUTUMN bundle.

When Inez and I went to New Orleans for the leadership we each received this cute treat from my up-up line, Jill Olsen.

We decided to duplicate this treat holder for our team Make & Take. Inez stamped and cut out all of the elements and I prepped the treat holder & belly band

Inside Jill put a Ghiradelli chocolate square inside along with her business card. We thought it was very clever

Want to make this treat holder? Cut your designer paper at 6x6 an score on the diagonal at 3" on all 4 sides. The inside piece of Basic White card stock is 4" x 4". Your belly band is 1-1/4" wide by 12" (you actually don't need the full 12")

I tried the same technique with some Christmas designer paper

I have a church friend that is a school teacher and each year she hires me to make a small treat for her students that includes a piece of candy and also has a place for her to add a "pass" card. I'm hoping that this style will be a winner for her.
