Happy Birthday, Liam!

Yesterday was Liam's FIRST birthday!!

Time never goes so fast as when you are watching little ones grow up.

We will be having his official birthday party on Sunday and I can't wait to celebrate this sweet boy!!

I didn't want Liam to have to wait for his birthday card so he is actually getting 2 cards this year.

This is the one I mailed to him, using the PEEKABOO FARM stamp set.

3 Days to Due Date

Today's baby card was inspired by Jason Loucks.

I actually made this card for a little 8 year old who is in the hospital, but thought that this could easily be made for a baby card. Since I do not know what Jeff & Jessica will name their new baby, or whether it is a boy or a girl, I did not make a girl card version but I think it would be so cute with some pastels and brights with pink and purples.

I used the retired Layering Squares Dies with the PLAYFUL ALPHABET DIES, the BASIC BORDERS DIES and the PEEKABOO FARM Stamp Set.

This is a slim line card in order to fit all of the letters. Cut 7" and scored at 3-1/2" x 7-1/2".

You can make your own envelopes but this size card fits well into a basic A10 business envelope or you can find some super nice ones on AMAZON

Guest Stamper Jodie

 The cards I share today are the ones that Jodie shared with us at the team meeting last week. She said these were some of the cards that she made at Sue's card class, so I guess Sue gets credit too. However I believe she said that at the card class they made this first card using the WAY TO GOAT Stamp Set, so Jodie went home and tried it with the PEEKABOO FARM Stamp Set.

This second card is made using the Alcohol Ink Technique.  Very pretty with the seascape theme and colors. Stamp set is called FRIENDS ARE LIKE SEASHELLS

A lot of sponging went into this third card using the COLOR & CONTOUR Stamp Set

Team Shares

Not only did we have a team swap at out last meeting, we like to share the projects that we have made since we've seen each other.

Inez is in an online club and they were tasked to make a slim line card. This is the card that she received and the smaller one she called her "bonus" card. - so cute - great job! Stamp Set: WOODLAND WONDER

Pam shared this card from HAND PENNED PETALS

And she also shared tis golfers card

We were excited that one of our AZ demonstrators on our team was in town and was able to attend the team meeting. This is the cute card that she shared using PEEK-A-BOO FARM and the PICTURE THIS Die - so cute! - I love whimsical cards 

Janell made this graduation card. She said that she made a slim line version for her grandson's graduation. She believes she cased it from MITOSU CRAFTS      

Janell also made these 2 cards with 2 versions of girls. BEAUTIFUL MOMENTS

This last card was also made by Janell. It is a bendy card - so cool using the BEAUTY OF FRIENDSHIP BUNDLE and the BEAUTY OF THE EARTH Designer Series Paper.

Team Swap Cards

Today I will share the cards that my team made for our New Catalog Swap. None of my team members manage a blog post so I have no links to share with you. They may have cased or been inspired by another demonstrator, but if so, I am not aware.

Dawn used TURTLE FRIENDS

Debbie made a sweet note pad cover using PLENTIFUL PLANTS

Marlane used DRAGONFLY GARDEN

Bonnie used VERY VERSAILLES

Anna loves penguins so used the PARTY PUFFINS Stamp Set

Pam used SEASCAPE and she said she cut the seahorse and coral from Basic White and just sponged on the color. I love it because it is so soft and sweet

Jodie used all of the in-colors. since there were 15 of us in the swap, she switched things up so each card had a different look even though she used all the same products. 

Susan also used TURTLE FRIENDS, but she also used the PATTERN PARTY Designer Paper that is a hostess exclusive product. Well, worth holding your own private "party" to get this.

Inez used AFTER THE STORM which is the stamp set that France Martin designed for her $1,000,000 in sales. Such a special perk for working hard (don't expect to see mine reach that anytime soon!)

Chris used ETCHED IN NATURE - This set was causing difficulties so it is no longer available to purchase. However I do have a set that I will sell if anyone is interested. 

Chris teamed her stamp set up with the BEAUTY OF THE EARTH Designer Paper

Carla used ELEGANTLY SAID Stamp Set & Punch Bundle, and Just Jade as her color

Janell used HAND-PENNED PETALS making a criss cross card and she tucked in a packet of seeds for everyone. Great idea! A Card AND a gift.

Linda could not be with us for the meeting, but sent her cards on ahead. She used the HYDRANGEA HAVEN Stamp Set 

Stephanie is one of our out-of-state demonstrators on our team. Due to a postal glitch her cards arrived late, but oh, how cute! using Peekaboo Farm.

Christi - This was my swap card and I used ARTISTICALLY INKED Stamp Set and Very Vanilla card stock and the brand new MACRAME 3D Embossing Folder.  I cased my card from Amy
