These will be the cards we are making at the August Stamp A Stack Classes

Thursday, August 9, 7PM, OR Saturday, August 11, 10AM, OR Wednesday, August 15, 10 AM
Do you need a stack of cards for all occasions? This is the class for you! In this class you will be making 8 different All Occasion Cards. The cost is $12.00 or FREE with an order of $50.00 or more (before S&H and tax)
Please bring your adhesive along to this class.

Please RSVP by 7:00 PM the evening before any class

RHSSC #42

This was easy!!  I saw the Red Hot Sketch Challenge for this week...

And CHEATED!!

I had already done a card with a sketch like this and I was giving it to 

Melina who had her last Monday Morning Breakfast at Auntie's house.

She's too old now, and doesn't need me in that capacity anymore.

Sad day, yes, I know, but I know we will keep in touch.

Here is what we had to work with...

and BTW...Thanks Rachel, who puts out the challenges for us to do each week!!

This is my take on it...




I used a retired stamp set (but it wasn't retired when I made the card)
called Sun Fun and the Fishy Wheel.
I believe the yellow color goes way back to SUMMER SUN, and the Orange
is ONLY ORANGE also from way back when
Don't dismay, you can take this challenge and do whatever you want with it!!

It's Stamp A Stack Week!!

My favorite!!

I love to have the ladies come in to make the cards.

Here are just a couple that we are making this week...


This first card came directly from a swap from convention. I had totally run out of baby girl cards at our last craft sale so thought this would be a perfect time to build that stock up plus have a chance for the ladies to make one as well.

Accessories: Tulip Border EF, Perfect Polka Dots EF, Big Shot, Pretty In Pink 1 1/4" Stripe Ribbon, Very Vanilla 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon, Subtles Brads, Paper Piercer and Mat, Linen Thread, Dimensionals

This second card was an idea I saw on Stampin' Connection by Rita Wright.
One of the ladies who regularly attend requested that I make a card with this stamp set so she would know whether or not she would want to buy it. I say "Cute, Cute, Cute" ~ "buy it!"
