Bloomin' Heart

This is the beautiful card that we made at our January Card Club.  It's hard to see the elegant embossing on the front using the Elegant Dots Embossing folder, but in real life it is stunning!

With a couple extra kits I had left over I changed it up from a Valentine Card to a Wedding Card

I absolutely love the BLOOMIN' HEART THINLITS DIES.  I wanted to feature the fact that your heart cutout does not need to be just a heart, by sandwiching it between 2 pieces of card stock you can make it anything you choose.  I have seen it done in a variety of shapes as well as the beautiful butterfly card I made last week for the open house

Your Perfect Day

Today's card was one that Carla made for our shoebox swap when we went to our Stamping Event over the weekend.  She cased it from the Occasions Catalog changing up the Designer Paper and making it her own.  I love the outcome and how perfect to have another wedding card to show you for my week of Wedding and Anniversary cards.  She used the stamp set  YOUR PERFECT DAY and the color combo is Pistachio Pudding (and you can still get the Pistachio Pudding ink for only $3.59 - while supplies last) and Calypso Coral.  The words were embossed in gold.  Just a heads up that this stamp set DID NOT make it into the new catalog so if you really really want it you need to place that order by June 2nd.

At last month's team meeting I challenged all my girls to make a graduation card.  The catalog does not have a set Graduation theme stamp set but woven throughout the catalogs are stamp sets that include "congratulations" or "way to go", etc.  I wanted them to bring them to the down line meeting at Glenda's when we met last week.  I was so happy with how many participated.  Thanks gals!!
Marlane used a Wedding Theme stamp set with the "Congrats" called YOUR PERFECT DAY and masked off the words "to you two" and added "from the herd" from the same stamp set.  Aren't these animals so cute!

 on the inside she used GIGGLE GREETINGS - how fun!

 Carla made this pretty card using the stamp set BRAVO and combined it with the BIRTHDAY BASH Specialty Paper. Specialty because it has embossed gold confetti!

 Looks like Sue and Carla had similar ideas by using the same paper and stamp set but achieving a totally different look.  I love them both!

Lynda couldn't join us at the meeting but she dropped her card off anyway, and I am so glad she did because I love this card too!  She used the stamp sets WORK OF ART, GORGEOUS GRUNGE and TEENY TINY WISHES

 Inez is new to our group and she jumped right in on this challenge.  What a fun step card, and I love the little wise owl.  Inez used the stamp set CLASS OF 2015, CRAZY ABOUT YOU, and a SAB set SIMPLY WONDERFUL

 She was even so sweet and added a note with her "recipe"
