Anniversary Wishes

One of the favorite Designer Papers in the Occasions Catalog is from the Falling in Love Suite.  You can believe that it sold out super fast when the RETIRING LIST came out.

The stamp set used from that suite is called Falling For You.  I love the simple elegance of this card and it will be out at one of my Tuesday classes for the ladies to make.

Bridal Shower Gift Card

Another one of my day care kids is getting married!! I was not able to attend her bridal shower because it was the same weekend that I was at the ONSTAGE LOCAL event for Stampin' Up! in Toronto.

I'm not sure how old Kyra was in these photos, but isn't she beautiful!!  I made so many photo albums of the kids and now am gifting them away to them on special occasions.  This photo is taken from one of those albums.

This is a 5x7 note that I made to go in with her gift.  I used TIMELESS TEXTURES and BEST BIRDS stamp sets.

Along with her gift I wanted to add a gift card so this is the card that I made.  I used GRATEFUL BUNCH, FALLING FOR YOU, and DELICATE DETAILS Stamp sets.

I am looking forward to her wedding reception on Saturday.  She will make a beautiful Bride!! How do I know that??
One Halloween she came dressed as a bride. Precious, precious memories!!

I love them all so very much and am thankful to still be a part of their lives.

Sentimental Sunday

What a emotional day!  One of the sweet little girls that I used to care for when I was doing child care, is getting married.
Kyra was almost one year old when she came to Aunties and what a joy she was and still is.  I've said it before and I will say it again - Doing Child Care was the BEST job that I ever had!

This picture was taken from one of my photo albums that I made of all the kids that I cared for.

Today is the bridal shower for Kyra.  She was a darling little girl and now she is a beautiful young woman ready to marry the man of her dreams.

This is the gift card that I made for her.

I put this inside along with her gift.  Then I made this 5x7 note card as well to write a note to her

Stained Glass technique - stamped on vellum with versa mark and embossed with white embossing powder, then colored in on the BACK sided of the vellum with markers. If you look close you can see she also embossed the flourish on the Whisper White card stock with white embossing powder. Stamp Set: FALLING FLOWERS

 On this card Sue used 2 of the free stamp sets that she earned through Sale a bration: DELICATE DETAILS and SO VERY MUCH

It used to be that all my team members were only hobbyist, but they have grown so much that now they are venturing out to holding classes.  Oh, of course, there are several who still are hobbyist, but that is the beauty of it all, and how we share what we love.
