Team Shares

I love it when my team members share their creations with me, so I wanted to share them with you.

The first one came from Bonnie - a sweet baby card that she is mailing out to TX for baby Ester

The second share is from Carla - a great set of cards and gift box for the avid fisherman - she said that it was fun to make.

The next share is from Debbie who made these darling fry boxes that hold some Valentine socks - she shared these at our card club meeting last month - how sweet! literally!! because the DOVE chocolates were heavenly! and the strawberry yogurt pretzels were super yummy too!!

She used the new bee DSP with Petunia Pop CS

This next one is from my friend, Jeanne. Jeanne is a regular Tuesday stamper, and part of my team and in my card club. I have met the best friends through the stamping community.

She made this super fun Valentine card for Dale & I - Just love those giant google eyes!!

Lunch Box Cards

Last week Friday this is the 3x3 card that I made for Gracie's lunch box.  It was a last minute make and I thought it turned out cute.  I still love this Monstermaniacs Stamp Set.

I vowed to not have to make last minute cards for her so I got busy and put this one together for her lunch box today.  This one was inspired by the Shopkins pop rocks candy that I found for her.  Of course I also checked Pinterest and got the punch art for this cute little mouse. (inspired by Linda).  I made this card 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 with the layers being 4x4 and 3 3/4 x 3 3/4.

Most of the product I used on this card is retired - this is exactly why you get the products you want when you can.  So make sure to stay tuned for when the Retiring List comes out in April.  I'm letting you know in advance because even though I do not have a clue what will be on that retiring list (except for the 2014-16 in colors).  I DO KNOW that certain things sell out quickly, like punches and dies.  Here is a list of the current items I used on this cute card.

Go For The Gold!

This is one of the cards we made at the March Stamp a Stack classes.  I wanted to do this card inspired by Andrea Borries for two reasons: 1.  I thought it had an Olympic feel to it with all the colored rings, and 2.  I just LOVE those little Monsters from the stamp set MONSTERMANIACS.

The circles were a piece of cake to make using the Circle Framelits found on page 186 of the main catalog.  They come with 10 layering dies with the largest one being a scalloped circle.  Don't cringe at the $26.95 price because these framelits are a MUST HAVE for your cards and scrapbooking.

The colors used are: Basic Gray, Whisper White, Real Red, Daffodil Delight, Wild Wasabi, and Island Indigo.  Be sure to use Staz On Black Ink to stamp your monster image or your inks will smear when you color your little monsters.

After I added all the circles where I wanted them I ran it through the Big Shot using the Square Lattice Embossing Folder

COME STAMP WITH ME TUESDAYS is not just for the seasoned stamper - look who came to stamp with me last week!
