2026!

Seems unreal - I have looked forward to kicking out 2025 and have a new start for 2026. Our family has been through so much in 2025 and we are full of hope that 2026 will be so much better.

One stamp set that my stampers say that I CAN'T ever get rid of is the BACK ON YOUR FEET stamp set.

This card was inspired by Sue Jackson

I had to change out the leaf image because she used a stamped image that I no longer own, so I made due with a brand new die from NATURE'S SYMPHONY

Everything else is retired, but maybe you have this fun stamp set and would like to duplicate it. It was fun to pull out this cute little sloth. Seems like I always need a card for someone who has had surgery (or a broken bone, etc.)

It's hard to believe that today is the last day of 2025!

Personally I am happy to escort 2025 out and usher 2026 in, hoping and praying that this next year will be a bit less eventful. 2025 was a difficult year for our family, and we sure do not want to repeat it.

Today's card features the LAYERS OF BEAUTY bundle.

My Tuesday stampers are always happy when I offer an anniversary card to our class

I used a circle die from STYLISH SHAPES and some cute little BRASS BUTTERFLIES.

My colors are Light Red & Light Cherry Cobbler for the flowers. The little flowers have a light Peach Pie center, and the leaves are Old Olive light and dark

In the dies that accompany the LAYERS OF BEAUTY it has the little greenery pieces that you see peeking out from the bottom left of the circle. A simple bow made with LINEN THREAD finishes it all off.

Today's card features the CHARMING DAY Stamp Set and Dies.

This wonderful set is now on the LAST CHANCE LIST, so grab it while you can.

The stamp set I used for the "Happy Birthday" is from UNBOUNDED LOVE which you will find in the Annual Catalog.

This card #1 was inspired by Terri Gaines

What I changed up is that I used Basic Black (regular) card stock and she used two tone 12x12 card stock. Reason: the Basic Black is a little more sturdy, but I did add some of the two tone Black using the lighter side for the inside of my card.

Card #2 also features the CHARMING DAY stamp set and dies, but we have a totally different color scheme using Petal Pink and the FLORAL CHARM Designer Paper.
I'm not sure who this card is inspired by, but I wish I had thought of it.

I was drawn to this card because it is NOT embossed, it uses the sprigs of leaves from PEACE ON EARTH Dies - so I guess this is called a FAUX EMBOSSED CARD (because it is tone on tone)

Measurements:

Petal Pink: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 for the card base

Petal Pink: 4 x 5-1/4 for the front layer

Petal Pink: 2-3/4 x 4 for the DSP layer

Basic White: 2-5/8 x 3-7/8 for the middle DSP layer

DSP: 2-1/2 x 3-3/4 for the front of the card

Basic White: 4 x 5-1/4 for the inside

Basic White: 3/4 x 2-1/2 for the Greeting

One more CHARMING DAY card:

Once again I do not know who created this card, but it is lovely.

I colored the flowers in with a dark Timid Tiger & a dark Peach Pie Stampin' Blends with the leaves in Old Olive.

I added a sentiment from So Sincere which is a retired set, but thought it worked perfectly for my Tuesday stampers. The Embossing Folder is called DAMASK which you can find in the annual catalog. The white ribbon is wrapped around the rectangle and secured in the back with some basic scotch tape, then I fed another piece through it and tied in a bow. I added three In Color Pearls in Timid Tiger.

Sunrise Sailing

We have friends from church who are on a one year sailing trip, so every time I use the SUNRISE SAILING bundle I think of them. It is fun to watch all what they are doing on this amazing adventure.

Just because it is December doesn't mean that we cannot make some fun sailboat cards using the SUNRISE SAILING Bundle

What's great about this card is that it uses the Two-Toned Balmy Blue Card Stock.

The front of the card shows off the darker side and the sailboat & sentiment was stamped onto the lighter side

Colors used: Secret Sea and Real Red.

What's great about the Two-Toned Card Stock is that you can sand in the areas to bring out the white inner core.

The little birds are from Secret Sea card stock using some Adhesive Sheets making it easy to adhere them to the card front.

Measurements: Two-Toned Balmy Blue 5" x 3-3/4"

Secret Sea 5-1/8" x 3-7/8"

Base: Thick White 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" scored at 4-1/4"

I chose to use a Happy Birthday stamp from BANNER SAYINGS that have a THREE BANNER PUNCH that it bundles with for a 10% savings. There are other great sentiments in the SUNRISE SAILING stamp set, so I will have those out also for my Tuesday stampers to choose from.

Extraordinary Flora Stamp

EXTRAORDINARY FLORA stamp set/bundle is for more than just cutting out the EXTRAORDINARY FLORA WASHI TAPE

For today's card I stamped the large single stamp with Pecan Pie Ink and colored in the images with dark Soft Sea Foam & Pretty In Pink light & dark Stampin' Blends. The single die cuts them all out at once!

I cut out some EVERYDAY ARCHES (#2 & #3 from the smallest) in Very Vanilla & Pecan Pie card stock.

The 4" x 5-1/4" Very Vanilla was embossed with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder (retired)

The Thinking Of You sentiment is from BEAUTIFUL MOTIFS stamp set and stamped onto a 1/2" strip of Very Vanilla with Pecan Pie Ink.

This card is kind of like putting a puzzle together to make the spray (of flowers) look good. I also added a double Linen Thread bow and three of the Brass Butterflies.

This card was inspired by Monica. I changed up quite a few things and really like the way it turned out.
