OH MY!  What an amazing evening we had with two of my "kids"

I have mentioned many times that I ran an in-home day care for 15 years, starting in 1996 with a super darling boy, Kyle, then Kelly was my first little girl starting in March of 1997 (at 3 months old). Kyra came in May of 1997 (at nearly a year old), and it just sky rocketed from there.

The exciting part (for me) is that not only did they play together in day care, they ended up dating friends and now they hang out together regularly.  My heart is full.

I wanted to make all of their favorites that they ate when they were in my care...Pig-in-the-blankets, Mac 'n Cheese & black olives. Of course we grilled burgers too. In fact, Kelly even told her mom that she was hoping that I would make the Pin-In-A-Blankets!!

                                 We taught Beau the proper way to eat a black olive!! 

I feel so blessed to have had all those years with these kids - It really was the BEST JOB EVER!!

God knew that I needed them and I love that I can still have a relationship with them.
