Here is this weeks Red Hot Stampers Sketch Challenge...

And this is my take on it...

I decided to go with a 3x3 card for this challenge as I am always
looking for ideas for small Thank you notes to add to the ladies orders.

those to place an order I slip in a small thank you note.

Count Down to Christmas

Saturday, December 10, 2011
When our kids were growing up I enjoyed making special things for our kids to count down the days until Christmas. We basically used the same one for MANY years until they out grew it.

This year I ran across this EXPLODING BOX idea by Lynn Pratt who got the idea from Brenda Quintana (got to give credit where credit is due)

When you open the velcro closure the box opens up to reveal two small
treats I put inside for Tyler and Gracie. They are having fun opening a
box each morning to see what treat is hidden inside.

I used the stamp set called 25 and Counting, a variety of inks and cardstock
too numerous to list.

This weeks Stamping Queen Sketch Challenge...

This is what we had to work with...

And here is my take on it...

Thank you to Miss Melina who chose what stamp set we should use
and did all my stamping for me.

You can see we double dimensioned the cute animals from FOX AND FRIENDS

Melina really wanted the monkey on the front but I didn't want to cut
the intricate tail area so not to leave him out I put him in the inside.

MENU:
SS: Fox and Friends, In My Thoughts
CS: Pear Pizzazz, Marina Mist, Blushing Bride, WW, Nursery Nest DSP
INK: Chocolate Chip, Staz On Black, Cajun Craze, More Mustard,
Soft Suede, Old Olive, Pear Pizzazz
PUNCHES: Scallop Circle, 1 1/2" Circle, Scallop Border
Accessories: Perfect Polka Dots EF, Big Shot, 1/8" WW Taffeta Ribbon, Dimensionals

Thanks For Stopping By!

Have a Blessed Day!!
