Party Favors

A gal from church asked if I would make some party favors for her mothers 80th birthday party.  As we chatted she specified it needed to be in the purples and pinks and ABSOLUTELY NO YELLOW.  What better way to institute the purple than some yummy Bliss Chocolates!!  This was my first attempt because I wanted to use the Blendabilities markers and it is still my favorite, but I thought she might think the orange (pumpkin pie) was too yellow for her liking

 So I made this one using the Stampin' Write Markers in Pink Pirouette

 I spritzed a little Champagne Shimmer Mist over the flowers to fit well with the glimmery 80.

The stamp set that I used is called Happy Watercolor from the Occasions Catalog. I was so bummed when this set did not carry over to the Main Catalog.  The Leaf is from another retired set called Peaceful Petals.  The cute embossing frame is brand new called FUN FRAMES which comes in a set of 2 for only $8.95.  I created a topper from Whisper White card stock and nipped the corners

This gave me the header to attach to the cello bag and then I was able to attach the Embossed Frame to it.  I used the NEW FAST FUSION TAPE  to stick it all together.  It is a great in-between tape from the Snail tape to the Red Line Sticky Tape.
