So super cute! The darling vintage girl is cut right from the Designer Paper using the BIRTHDAY FRIENDS Framelits Dies. The tag is from LABEL ME PRETTY stamp set and punched out with the PRETTY LABEL punch

This papa and baby bear do not have a coordinating die but no big deal to fussy cut them out.

Here's the little girl again - so great that the same die that cut her out from the Designer Paper also cuts out her back version after stamping. I stamped the girl a second time onto Designer Paper and fussy cut to attach. The balloons are stamped onto Soft Sky and Peek a boo Peach and I used the retired Crystal Effects to make them shiny and give them dimension
