Christi's Creative Crew: January Classes with Darling Label & Piece of Cake

It's time to sign up for the January Stamp a Stack Classes!

These are 2 of the cards that will be at the Stamp a Stack Class
This first card was inspired by Sandi. It features the BRIGHTS 6x6 DESIGNER PAPER STACK. and the DARLING LABEL PUNCH BOX.

Such a cool little kit where you get the DARLING LABEL PUNCH, a set of 6 Photopolymer stamps, a clear block, 2 Ink Spots in Grapefruit Grove and Night of Navy, plus this very cool tin! It's gorgeous and you can use it for gifting your hand stamped cards or a variety of ways. Using my imagination I can picture a tin of treats for the neighbors, or it neatly fits your STAMPIN' BLENDS MARKERS. I bet you could come up with a ton more ideas.

What did I change up? I used a variety of colors of the Designer Paper. Shown here is Gorgeous Grape.

This second card was inspired by Shelly Wadge from Australia.

This card features a brand new stamp set called PIECE OF CAKE.

Sometimes I think Stampin' Up! has a love affair with cake stamps, but this one really caught my eye and I couldn't wait to get my hands on it.

PIECE OF CAKE comes as a BUNDLE with a punch instead of dies. I LOVE IT!! I also love the 10% I saved when I purchased the stamp set and the punch as a BUNDLE.

What a perfect card for a wedding!

What I changed up: Shelly used the masking technique to layer her cake layers, but I simply stamped the 2-layer cake three times and stacked them. Instead of punching out the two bottom layers of cake I cut them by hand because I didn't want it to "round in."

The details were colored in using my STAMPIN' BLENDS MARKERS
