Christi's Creative Crew: April Team Meeting

Last night we had our monthly team meeting
We celebrated a successful Sale a bration by going out to Olive Garden for dinner together.
Here is what we celebrated:

We had 7 April birthday's to celebrate. According to their level on my team they received a gift and a card was mailed.

We welcomed 13 new demonstrators to our team (4 in January, 2 in February & 7 in March). This number fell a little short of the challenge that I gave my team, but it sure is a great number of gals to add to our team. Several of which came to the meeting last night. All new recruits receive a pack of either Rhinestones Jewels or Pearls
When someone signs up to be on our team I send them out a welcome card. This is one that I made this year using the Gingham Gala Designer Paper, a little butterfly from Butterfly Gala and a Demonstrator exclusive stamp set.

We also celebrated the 6 who added these gals to our team, and these gals also received a gift.

We celebrated our total sales during Sale a bration. We fell short of the challenge that I gave them, but I'm still super proud of my team, and it was an increase from last year!

The gals in my direct line receive a 1% reward each quarter from me, so these gifts were handed out last night as well, and subsequent leaders gifted their team as well.

We celebrated 3 Title Advancements!!
Janell advanced to Silver,
Sue Advanced to Silver Elite and
I advanced to GOLD!! Woot! Woot!

These gals received silver gifts from me in the form of Glimmer Paper, Foil Paper and Silver Lined Envelopes. Janell received a Silver necklace gift from Stampin' Up!

and I received this beautiful gold ink pen (I could have chosen the gold necklace, but I never wear my silver necklace so thought the gold pen would suit me best)

I think this was an amazing night of celebrating

all of these accomplishments.

Each gal received one of these treats at their place setting and I cleaned out my retired ribbon stash and everyone got one of those as well - my way of saying "Thank You" for a successful Sale a bration.
