In the past I issued a challenge to see how many new team members we could recruit, but this year I took off the pressure and didn't set a goal number.
I usually would get 2 or more to sign up during this time, but it was a crazy 3 months and I did not get my 2 recruits until the last couple days of the promotion.
For our team - we added 6 new team members! technically 5 because one will be my 4th level.

Some of them received this one... that was cased from one of the Stampin' Up! demonstrators in Germany. (no name, no blog) but I found it on Pinterest.
That was a lot of fussy cutting to cut out all of those meer kats, but I actually had them cut out way back when I was recovering from foot surgery and had to just sit and elevate my foot. When this idea came up I was all ready to go.
I inked up the BRICK & MORTAR Embossing Folder with Crumb Cake Ink, then ran it through the Big Shot. The sentiment is from a stamp set that Stampin' Up! leaders received several years ago when we had a Leadership Conference. The other color I used on this card is Pretty Peacock. The little leaf embellishment is from the Dino Days Embellishments.
