Christi's Creative Crew: Where Do You Get Your Inspiration From?

A while back my Stampin' Up! team took a shocking blow when one of our members passed away very unexpectedly.
We all chipped in and were able to purchase some wonderful gifts in remembrance for her husband and her grand kids.
Just last week we received a beautiful thank you from her husband.

As a stamper I find inspiration in nearly everything, so immediately I wanted to give this a try using the new FOREVER FERN Stamp Set

I stamped my images onto a piece of IN GOOD TASTE Designer Paper using these colors:

Soft Seafood

Pear Pizzazz

Garden Green

Rich Razzleberry (for a pop of color)

The thank you comes from the stamp set SO SENTIMENTAL. I used my Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker to ink up only the Thank You portion of the stamp and cut it our with the Stitched Rectangle Dies.

Basic Black Card Stock to back it measures 1-3/16" x 2-1/2"

And then there is another Stitched Rectangle Die

I didn't pop anything up - I didn't think it needed it, but I did add 3 little rhinestones, and gave it a good spritz with the champagne shimmer paint mixed with Rubbing alcohol.

I'm really liking how it turned out and I plan to use it for an upcoming class
