Prairie Grass

Today's card features not only the PRAIRIE GRASS Stamp Set, but it also features the BEAUTIFUL GALLERY 6x6 DSP

I love the soft side of this designer paper. The opposite side is a little bold for my liking, but I have used this back side many times.

I cut a rectangle from the center of a 4" x 5-1/4" piece, then embossed it with the DAMASK Embossing Folder. I stamped the Prairie Grass stamp and sentiment in Mossy Meadow then backed it with Mossy Meadow card stock, and popped it up with Dimensionals. Three little Flower Motifs added in the corner and done! Easy card for my Tuesday stampers. The sentiment comes from the BEAUTIFUL MOTIFS stamp set

All For Baby

Yesterday I featured a wedding card and today is a baby card.

Today's card features a new designer paper called Brushed with Beauty. This card layout was inspired by Alison

What I changed up: the designer paper - I loved the print she used but I didn't have that so had to pivot and I loved this print from Brushed With Love.

I also pulled out one of my favorite stamp sets that are retired, All For Baby.

Colors: Crumb Cake & Basic White

I did pull out some heavier twine for the "clothesline" that I got at the local fabric store.

Everyday Arches Wedding Card

What will 2026 bring?

I know that we have 2 weddings to go to (that I know of so far) so I was thrilled to see this beautiful card created by Maddie Dunster on our demonstrator Facebook page. There were no instructions or links as to how to make this card so I had to figure out the how-to by myself. Not too hard since I have made this style before more than once.

Colors: Mossy Meadow & Basic White with some Vellum

Dies: Everyday Arches & Linked Together

Stamps: Beautiful Motifs & a long retired wood stamp for the sentiment. (some of these I just cannot let go)

Embossing: Distressed Tile

There was a lot of prep work to put kits together for my Tuesday stampers, but this card was a big hit - just needed to be sure to save a couple for my upcoming weddings.

This card is the perfect example of "Clean & Simple"

Only the 3-3/4" x 5" panel is popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals

Both cards feature the BEAUTIFUL GALERY DSP

Card #1 I used a non Stampin' Up! sentiment from Lawn Fawn

Card #2 features a retired set called KINDNESS & COMPASSION, but you can make it anything you want.

My Tuesday Stampers can choose to make a more feminine card or masculine feel. Of course, they can make some of each.

This is a perfect layout to use up some small pieces left over.

For example, card #2 was made from the leftover piece of DSP from this next card.

The layers are 4" x 5-1/4" of Basic Beige & the DSP layer is 3-7/8" x 5-1/8"

The base color is Cloud Cover

I followed Peggy's example by coloring the leafy pieces from BEAUTIFUL MOTIFS with Mossy Meadow Stampin' Blends onto Vellum card stock. The leafy pieces are pretty delicate cut from the vellum and I kept breaking off pieces when I colored them so I decided to color the vellum first with a layer of Mossy Meadow light with a second layer a little more random with the dark Mossy Meadow. Before adding them to my card I still added some areas with dark Mossy Meadow again. Peggy made hers to look like snow, but I knew that this could e a little frustrating for my stampers, and I did not want any more snowy themed cards.

The sentiment from BEAUTIFUL MOTIFS was stamped with Mossy Meadow onto a 1/2" piece of the same DSP.

I have found that the In-Color Ribbon doesn't want to stay on my cards with the standard 3/16" Mini Glue Dots so I used a 3/8" larger glue dot that I purchased at the local craft store.

Today's featured card uses the REMARKABLE YOU Stamp Set, and the EVERYDAY ARCHES Dies.

I also love the COUNTRY WOODS Designer Paper - this print, of course, is my favorite.

I also used one of the prints for the larger arch.

The darkest wood grain print is what I used instead of using Early Espresso card stock. Mostly because I had so much on hand and it is lighter weight than our card stock.
