Wedding Day!

The day is finally here and we will officially have another daughter to love!  Joey has been living on his own since he graduated from high school and then bought his own home in 2010 so he and Melissa were pretty set on anything they might need to start their life together. The best thing we could give them for a wedding gift was some cold hard cash!!  We took them out to a nice dinner and gave them this card...

 Joey's so cute, when he opened the envelope he said "I like the birds!"

Then they opened the card...

Melissa said "I like how you put the little envelope inside"

Joey said "I like the money that is inside that envelope!"

We all got a chuckle out of that.

You can see I used the colors of their wedding, Tempting Turquoise and 

Green Galore (retired) with a touch of Chocolate Chip.

Some Brushed Silver card stock represents the beautiful ring that Joey gave her.

You can look forward to some wedding photos and happenings on next weeks

blog, but for now I need to help decorate the reception hall and get to the 

church on time!!
