This reminds me of when our kids were little and we raised Samoyed puppies for approx 13 years. We would put these darling little balls of white fur in the red wheel barrow for a photo shoot. - SO CUTE!!
I made a wagon using the WOOD CRATE DIE and some punches (1/2" & 3/4" Circles)

What I changed up:
Lorri used the greeting from the WOOD CRATE Stamp Set, but I chose to use "Let the Good Times Roll" from LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL Stamp Set.
What else was used:
Card Stock: Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Whisper White, Sahara Sand, Smoky Slate, Basic Black, Silver Foil, Wood Grain Designer Paper Stack.
