Christi's Creative Crew: With Sympathy

I have had a "run" on sympathy cards lately so now is the time to restock.

This first card I used the FLOWERING FOILS Specialty Designer Paper that you can get for FREE with a qualifying purchase through March 31. See all the details below.

The Sympathy sentiment is from the stamp set PEACEFUL MOMENTS. This stamp set will be available through June 2 (unless Stampin' Up! decides to carry it over to the annual catalog which would be GREAT!)

The flowers are created with the POPPY MOMENTS DIES using Calypso Coral, Granny Apple Green and Old Olive card stock. However I wanted a softer Calypso Coral so I used the SPONGE ROLLER to roll Calypso Coral ink onto Whisper White Card Stock. It's one of my favorite things to do.

On this second card I also used the POPPY MOMENTS DIES for the flower. This time I sponged Blackberry Bliss ink onto Purple Posy Card Stock to get a softer color.

The amazing circular die is from PAINTED LABELS DIES and the greenery in Mossy Meadow Card Stock is punched using the SPRIG PUNCH. The Gorgeous Designer Paper is from PEACEFUL POPPIES.
