Christi's Creative Crew: A Tip for Even Alignment That Will Make Your Cards Look Professional

My friend and fellow stamper, Carla, made a card like this to share with our team for one of our weekly challenges. I think the challenge was to make a masculine card.
After chatting she said that she used the STITCHED SHAPES Dies (circle) and lined it up to cut out the 3 circles along the side.
I was thinking there had to be a quicker, simpler way because when I make cards I usually make in multiples because of selling them at the stores.

This is what I figured out:

The STITCHED SHAPES DIE is approximately 1-3/8" diameter so I punched out 3 circles using a post-it note and then was able to line them up evenly, the way I wanted.

Now I could go back in with my punch and using the circles as a template I could punch them out.

The tip would be to emboss your card stock AFTER you do all the punching. I know the 1-3/8" circle punch is retired, but that doesn't mean we can't still use it. For me, it has been a standard size that I use a lot.
