Christi's Creative Crew: On The Horizon

One of my favorite products in the January - June 2022 Mini Catalog is the ON THE HORIZON stamp set and dies & the coordinating 6x6 NEW HORIZONS Designer Paper

Sadly, these products did NOT carry over to the new annual catalog. I am encouraging all of you to grab these products before it is too late and you are sorry.

I made this card inspired by Lisa, it is a 'mini' slim line card that measures 3-1/2" x 6-1/2" (finished)

I pretty much followed Lisa's instructions, but hers was smaller so I decided to make mine bigger

The measurements I ended up making my cards are as follows...

Pale Papaya: 7-1/2" x 6-1/2"

Basic White: 3-1/4" x 6-1/4"

New Horizons Designer Paper: 3" x 6"

Cut a mountain from the Horizon Dies with Evening Evergreen & the detail die overlay with Basic White (I prefer the thick)

Cut 2 fence from Thick Basic White (I feel it holds up better) One of each size

Cut one bicycle from Pale Papaya card stock using the Windmill Dies

Stamp some extra grasses with Evening Evergreen ink & some birds with Memento Black Ink

I chose to stamp "Relax and enjoy your day" on the inside using Evening Evergreen.

See the difference? I also eliminated the "thank you" banner because I thought that it covered up too much of the pretty sky.

The cute little bicycle die cut is from the Windmill Dies

These dies are also NOT carried over to the annual catalog. If you love windmills, grab these dies NOW!
