Another Throwback Thursday post.
This time I am using the PLAYING IN THE RAIN and the SOMETHING FANCY stamp sets.
The designer paper is cut at 1-1/2" and is a retired pattern that went so perfectly with this cute little turtle, but the specialty paper on the tip half is the IRRESISTIBLE DESIGNS Specialty 12x12 Paper Pack.
I stamped the sentiment on Basic White and die cut out with a Stitched Rectangle Die. I also pulled out some retired dots that were yellow to match the turtles belly. I colored his shell with Cajun Craze light & dark Stampin' Blends.
