You're Spectacular!

Please use Hostess code: ANWC9P9G for the month of October.This card was inspired by something I saw on Pinterest and I did my best to create it using the supplies that I have on hand and using WORD to create the words I wanted.  This was sent to a friend as a congratulations on passing 4 difficult tests.  I chose this because she wears the most adorable glitzy glasses and it sure did make me smile.
