Christi's Creative Crew: Construction Zone

Today I am sharing with you another birthday card & a tag that I made for Liam's 3rd birthday

I am not ashamed to say that I cased this from Tee-Jay Horrell (sorry no blog to follow) so I just cased it from a photo shared on the FaceBook Demonstrator Planning Place. This is a great perk to Stampin' Up! Demonstrators for gathering fun ideas

Liam's birthday invite had a dump truck on it so I thought I would make this card for him

We had already taken him out for a birthday lunch and shopping so he could pick out his own gift

but we didn't want to show up to the party empty handed.

I filled his bag with some of his favorite treats.

Stamp Set: Construction Zone and then for the specks of dirt in the sand I used Layering Leaves Stamp Set

Card Stock: Basic Black & Crushed Curry (I laid 1/2" strips of black onto the Crushed Curry on a diagonal, then trimmed off the sides - I have no idea how the original stamper assembled his)
