You may have noticed some get well cards in there - that is because I had a spine stimulator implant less than two weeks ago.

I got the stitches out yesterday from my two incisions. One for the leads into my spine and one for the battery pack.

I'm doing pretty good, but it is another 4 weeks of no bending, no lifting (over 10#), no twisting, no stretching. Whew! It's been a challenge and as I start feeling better, it will be hard to stick to the rules.
