Christi's Creative Crew: Irresistible Blooms

The brand new IRRESISTIBLE BLOOMS Bundle is the feature for today's blog post. This bundle is called an ONLINE EXCLUSIVE which means that it will never be published in any of our catalogs. It is strictly an online exclusive.

I was instantly drawn to the unique dies - I call these bonus dies. Of course, there are dies to cut out the stamped images of the two sizes of flowers and the three styles of leaves, but what I call a "bonus" is that there are extra leaves dies, the circle die and the long die. I'm not even sure how to label them but they are something totally new than what I've ever seen before.

As a Stampin' Up! demonstrator we get the opportunity to purchase products in advance, and I am so glad that I did because already, only 2 weeks later, the dies. designer paper, and the embellishments are not available to purchase. (at this time) According to Stampin' Up! they should be available mid April.

The pretty paper has shades of Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo, Lost Lagoon, Petal Pink, Pretty Peacock, Soft Seafoam

WHAT? Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock? Aren't those retired in-colors from previous years?

YUP!! You can expect a color revamp with the new annual catalog. So far the only new colors to our lineup are the Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock, but we know that there will be more. Stay tuned - when I know the new colors I will let you all know.

I cut out all the flowers from the designer paper and still need more. I wanted shaded paper vs a straight card stock so I took this designer paper, sponged some Flirty Flamingo ink on it, then stamped it with Versa Mark and heat embossed it with White Embossing Powder before I die cut it out. It is the flower that is in the front on this first card. I laid a piece of designer paper on top to show you the flip side of the paper I used.

I changed this one up from a "thank you" card to a "Happy Mother's Day" card

The small circle was sponged with So Saffron, Flirty Flamingo and Petal pink. It was inspired by Jaimie

Inspired by Verena Shapiro on Instagram. I changed up the words, using the GO TO GREETINGS Stamp set instead.

I changed this one up as well by making it a Mother's Day card and changing up which flowers I used, based on what I had on hand. I used a previous Paper Pumpkin Kit stamp set.

Inspired by Vy Tran - I also changed this up from a "thank you" to a "Mother's Day" using the CELEBRATING YOU stamp set.

Inspired by Su Mohr I didn't have any Lost Lagoon cards stock left over from when it retired so I substituted it with Soft Succulent. I added the "Birthday Wishes" from the retired BIRTHDAY GREETINGS Stamp Set.

I loved using the bonus fancy circle die for an Easter card using the Easter Bunny Stamp set and punch. It was inspired by Kim Gibbons Fee
