Christi's Creative Crew: Rejoice In Him

The stamp set REJOICE IN HIM is a perfect faith based stamp set for Easter.

As much as I think the little bunnies and chicks are so cute, I never want to loose sight of the real meaning of Easter.

I am forever grateful of the cost that Jesus paid for my salvation!

I am not a huge fan of putting Jesus face on things, but I find that this image is is subtle and portrays the humble Savior.

This first card I made up as soon as I received the stamp set and used it as a sample for our Mid-Winter Retreat in January

It is based right from the sample in the Mini Catalog and uses the FANCY FLORA 6x6 Designer Paper

This second card was inspired by Mary Deatherage and uses the new VELLUM BASICS 12x12 and the free Designer Paper that we were able to get during SAB.

There are no coordinating dies for this stamp set so the little dove and the leaves are fussy cut. (However I used my Scan 'n Cut Machine to cut out enough images for the ladies who will make this at today's Tuesday Class)

The tag die used is from the MINI POCKET ENVELOPE DIES.
