Christi's Creative Crew: Balloon Festoon

BALLOON FESTOON!! what a fun name for a stamp set bundle.

Stampin' Up! assured us that this bundle will be available through April 2027 so I wanted to make a card for my Tuesday stampers. I was inspired by Narelle from Australia. However I am not sure what she used for her DSP(s), but I did like her layout.

I had one single 12x12 sheet of the LOVELY BLOSSOMS DSP left over (it is still current) that I used for the 1-3/4" strip.

I die cut the smallest balloon from some Lost Lagoon 6x6 DSP (last years patterns). I stamped a small balloon onto Basic White using Lost Lagoon Ink and die cut it out. I die cut the next size balloon from Lost Lagoon card stock and stamped some of the stars on it (also in Lost Lagoon)

Now here's the tricky part: I stamped the balloon strings, then fussy cut them out, and they all were attached with some mini glue dots. I found some retired dots that matched pretty well, so went with that, but you can use whatever you have on hand.
